You have the obligation to examine the goods at the time of delivery and if you believe they do not meet the agreement made at the time of order to notify Fee Frey Corp in writing or e-mail within 7 days of the purchase.
The goods must be returned within a further 7 days after the complaint has been made.
Fee Frey Corp reserves the right to replace the goods, if in stock, or offer a refund. Naturally, the goods must be returned unworn and in the same condition as they were delivered and in the original packaging. The costs for return are at your own expense.
